Social Media Engagement Policy

We prioritize authentic, thoughtful communication. Comments that appear to be AI-generated or lack substance may not receive a response from our team. We encourage folks who want to engage in genuine dialogue and share personal insights. We are free to choose what we engage with and will not be engaging with AI-slop at the detriment of mindful human content.

We build a platform on various social media companies. Our platforms are spaces for constructive discussion and mutual respect. Users who engage in disruptive behavior, including but not limited to:

- Use of abusive language
- Harassment of other users
- Posting of inappropriate content
- Spam or excessive self-promotion

may face consequences, including having their comments removed or being blocked from our social media accounts.

Our founders, including Stéphanie, Myriam but not Momo, reserve the right to selectively respond to comments at their discretion. Momo chooses to not engage online as she is busy living her sausage dog life. While we value all feedback, we are not obligated to respond to every comment or message.

We employ both automated and human moderation to ensure our social media spaces remain safe and productive. Content that violates our guidelines or platform policies may be removed without notice.

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to our social media accounts for users who violate our guidelines or whose behavior is deemed detrimental to our community.

We reserve the right to use any tools or features made available by social media platforms to manage our content and protect our brand. This includes distancing ourselves from individuals or entities that use our content to promote themselves for personal, financial, or other gain. Such actions may involve limiting engagement, restricting visibility, or using other platform capabilities to prevent misuse of our content.
